Stargazing in the Eastern Desert is something you should not miss during your stay in Marsa Alam. Under the crystal clear night sky you really experience space.

Out in the desert you are undisturbed by noise or light. We will help you to find your way in the night sky, allowing you to understand some of the mysteries of the universe.

The sky will be explained by using a special astro laser; additionally, you will get a good look at individual stars and nebula's by means of a telescope.

For about seven days each month, when the moon is too bright to see many stars, we will have a closer look at our moon itself. Being in the moon-illuminated desert is an exquisite experience, not to be missed.

During the tour the Ababda Bedouin provide tea and shisha (Egyptian water pipe).

 

The excursion starts early evening after dinner and takes about 2,5 hours.
